欧亚流体技术源于国家863项目。上世纪80年代国家海洋局受命军工反渗透膜及其装置研发，曾获1992年国家科技进步奖。“欧亚流体”技术骨干将军工技术转化为高端医用，1985年依863项目分项立题研发的中国首台人工肾反渗透水处理装置获得省部级科技进步奖，填补了医用膜法水机的国内空白,中国首家获得《血液透析用反渗透设备》医疗器械注册证，也让中国成为继美国、瑞典等少数几个拥有RO血透纯水技术的国家之一；2008年针对国家节能环保绿色医院建设，“欧亚流体”首创的医用中央零废处理技术，再次引领国际医用纯水技术潮流，该技术分别于2006年和2008年成功应用于浙江省人民医院和广州番禺中心医院。后者因此首批获得“国家绿色医院建设单位”奖。现在已有上百家医院正在使用“欧亚流体”提供的“医用零废中央膜处理水机”，受到国家医院建设管理机构的高度认可。

        OYLT technology originated from the national 863 project. In the 1980s, the State Oceanic Administration was ordered to develop a munitions reverse osmosis membrane and its device, and won the 1992 National Science and Technology Progress Award. The backbone of "OYLT" technology transforms military technology into high-end medical. In 1985, China's first artificial kidney reverse osmosis water treatment device developed under the 863 project was awarded the provincial and ministerial science and technology progress award, which filled the medical membrane method. China is the first to obtain the medical device registration certificate of "Reverse Osmosis Equipment for Hemodialysis", making China one of the few countries that have RO hemodialysis pure water technology after the United States and Sweden; in 2008, it was targeted at the country. The construction of an energy-saving and environmentally friendly green hospital, and the first medical central zero-waste treatment technology of "OYLT", once again led the international medical pure water technology trend. This technology was successfully applied to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital and Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital in 2006 and 2008 respectively. . The latter was the first to win the "National Green Hospital Construction Unit" award. Hundreds of hospitals are now using the "Medical Zero Waste Central Membrane Treatment Water Machine" provided by "OYLT", which is highly recognized by the National Hospital Construction Management Agency.
